Adam has sooo much more talent…..He is such an amazing singer. He has awesome stage prescence, and he really set an emotion in me when he sang. kris didn’t give me that feeling.

I was shocked when Adam did not win . I really feel with the right people backing him He could become the The next Elvis Presley ! I can see him in movies just like Elvis too ! This Guy is great! He has got that certain thing that is very rare in a person you can see it and feel it at the same time . I have never felt this way about a singer since Elvis Presley or The Beatles for that matter. I know a lot of people feel the same way about him.

Last year David Cook won and should have. He is so much more exciting to listen to than that little kid, David Archaletta. This year, imho, Adam Lambert was the most exciting singer ever on Idol. Kris Allen would put me to sleep if I had to listen to him sing. Time will tell!
Yes Adam Lambert should have won. His vocal range is phenomenal, much better then Kris. I think Kris won because most of the people that listen to American Idol listen to Kris’s kind of music. But Adam actually said he was fine with it. The people that come in second usually go farther. I mean look what happened to Daughtry. I like Kris but people voted for him because of his looks and his type of music. I actually said in the top 13 Adam and kris are gonna be in the top two but Adam is gonna win.

But even though Kris’s victory seemed like an anti-climactic conclusion to an unusually exciting Idol finale featuring great performances by Kiss, Queen, and comedic genius Norman Gentle, he IS the new American Idol, like it or not. And apparently enough Americans do like it (the guy won by public vote, after all), so perhaps it is time to move on…

I totally agree! First of all were you able to vote last Tuesday? I couldn’t get through at all. I tried at least 10 times all 3 numbers and always got a busy signal. I think a lot of votes were blocked! I think some prude in the Idol Corp has a thing against Gays and limited Adam’s calls! (even though Adam never admitted to being Gay.) Who gives a hoot anyway? Should we not promote Chris Atkins, or Elton John. This country is too nuts!
