theres no way to LEARN how to write hip-hop or rap. its by definition a creative out pour or emotions thoughts and ideas. if u dont have anything to say worth sharing then u shouldnt say a word. dedicate your self to your own life experiences and your own ideas, desires needs, wants etc. its in you not in someone else telling u how or what to write.
I suggest you just write out your lyrics,
spit your lyrics on camera,
post it on youtube,
and somebody who is interested will find you.
